40 Caliber Pistol Glock - I bought a G23 Gen 3 a few months ago and it has become my go-to firearm and I own quite a few. I also bought a 9mm conversion barrel for him so he can shoot 40 s&w or 9mm and it's a perfect gun to carry around or use as a shooting toy. If you're considering a G19, I'd consider a G23 and a conversion tube. This pistol can be converted to fire 4 different calibers (it comes in 40 s&w, you can get a 9mm or .357 conversion barrel, and you can also get a .22lr conversion kit). Great gun all around! I highly recommend this firearm.
I like the grip of the Gen 4 better than the Gen 3. It feels more secure in the hand. The 23's dimensions are perfect for carry: concealable yet large enough to absorb recoil and provide a longer visual image. I also like the idea of a .357 Sig conversion barrel. You can't beat a Glock in my opinion.
40 Caliber Pistol Glock
Honestly, I despise glocks. They were thick and bulky weapons that didn't fit my hand at all. Recently my wife wanted one, we went to the store and she was looking at it, the salesperson put the gen 4 in my hand and it felt like a glove. After a quick review, I found out that they made the gen 4 model after the 1911 grip, which I love about the 1911, but I also love how much I can customize a glock. So the 23 gen 4 will most likely be the last gun you buy until it's destroyed.

The first Glock I ever owned and it just happened to be my #1 gun to grip. Fast, smooth and reliable. I have several different semis from different manufacturers and this is by far the best one I have ever shot. I'm accurate with a spring and barrel kit, but even out of the box I get consistent 5" groups at 9-12 yards. Thanks.
I bought a Gen 3 a few years ago. I still love the gun to this day. I want to get a Gen 4 one day, but haven't felt the need yet. I loved having it to wear off duty when I was on the force. It's not too bulky and still packs a decent amount of bullets. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to carry concealed.
I like that. I had a G19 gen 5, a friend convinced me to switch. EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE. It fits all my Glock 19 holsters without a problem. It can shoot 9mm as well. I think it's great!
I tried the Glock 23 and immediately fell in love, great gun and a different feel. A lot more recoil was expected, but it's moderate for the caliber, it's a great gun. This is not my first Glock, I've had a G17, G19, G23, G30SF, and G45, but my G23 is different.
I Like Big Guns And I Cannot Lie: First Look At The Glock G40
I love the Glock shop. So much video information and great service. I didn't buy my gun here. I am located 12 miles from Buds Gun Store Lexington, KY. This was my first and only gun. I bought it and never shot it in over 2 years. I get embarrassed, then I retired and met my new friend. I changed the spring, this made a big difference. This glock 23 is a gen 4. I put an XS large dot scope on it. I like this, very fast on target. It's bam and there you are. I put a blacklist barrel and a Johnny Glock trigger. I dry the fire a lot, it shows when I go to the training field. There is a book called Navy Seal shooting by Chris Sajnog, . I learned a lot to shoot. chris sajnog was the sealing instructor. Money well spent. You can't go wrong with this Glock 23. It does everything a gun should do. Now you have to do your part and learn to use it. hope this helps cbh
I bought a Glock 31 which is a Sig 357 caliber with a magazine. I bought 2 more Sig 357 mags from Gun Broker but the dealer said they couldn't find the mags so to cut a long story short he went and bought me (2) 40 caliber mags and assured me they would work for the 357 pistol. 40 ACP barrel. I now had a Sig 357 pistol and a 40 ACP pistol with 3 magazines. I then bought a 9mm barrel conversion and (3) 9mm magazines so with the purchase of one pistol and a few accessories I now have 3 different caliber pistols. Glock RULES!!!!!! I am getting the 22LR conversion below.
I bought my Glock 23 40 cal from a dealer in Tulsa, Oklahoma about 20 years ago! This firearm has never let me down. This is the best firearm I have ever had the pleasure of owning. I used it while on duty with two different police agencies. It's a solid firearm and I'm glad to have it!
